From day one, the experience proved to be dynamic and highly productive.
We visited a major real estate agency in Dallas with over 250 professionals, engaging in a valuable comparison of our respective operational methods.
A key moment that allowed us to analyze differences, strengths, and new strategies applicable to our own market.
We also visited the headquarters of MetroTex, the North Texas real estate association, which includes over 40,000 agents.
This creates a significant competitive advantage: access to an international network of professionals who are used to working with multi-millionaire clients, opening up real opportunities for those who want to sell their property to foreign investors.
One of the most exciting moments was the tour of exclusive luxury properties.
Among them, a residence owned by a former American football player, where we had a truly unique opportunity: to see (and yes… even touch!) the Super Bowl trophy, the symbol of the most important sporting event in the United States.
Experiences like this are not only exciting but also help us better understand the expectations and standards of the American market—essential for anyone aiming to sell a property to American buyers.
During the training sessions, we attended a course focused on cryptocurrency in real estate.
In the United States, real estate transactions using crypto are already a reality, with professionals specializing in this type of deal.
Whether we like it or not, this is the present—and it will soon reach Europe as well.

The greatest value of this experience was undoubtedly the international networking.
We had an insightful exchange with a Spanish colleague, sharing ideas and operational strategies. We are coming back home with practical insights that can be applied immediately.
